Your account will be automatically downgraded to the free plan, Howuku Freemium. 

Howuku freemium has the following limits:

• Limited to 1,000 sessions per month
• Limited to 7-day data storage
• Limited to 3 usages for each feature (3 event tracking, 3 A/B testing, 3 personalization, 3 feedback, 3 surveys, 3 form abandonment and 3 conversion funnels) 
• Limited to only 10 responses for feedback & surveys
• Limited to 3 users per account

You no longer have access to:

• Filters for recordings & heatmaps 
• Segment rules for feedback & surveys 
• Share, export or download features
• Automation
• Quick access to insightful session recordings

If you'd like to retain all advanced features, you need to add a credit card or get in touch for alternative payment options.
