Zapier lets you connect Howuku to 3,800+ other popular web services into a customized workflow, called Zap.
The first step of the Zap is always the Trigger (such as Howuku), where your information comes from and the subsequent step is the Actions in other apps, where your data gets sent automatically. The integration supports the following Howuku to be used as triggers:
- New incoming feedback responses
- New incoming survey responses
- New recordings
Requirement
- You'll need to have both Howuku and Zapier accounts.
- The Howuku tracking code needs to be installed on your website.
- The Zapier integration is only available on the Pro plan and above. Not on those plans? Learn how to upgrade your plan.
Enable Zapier integration in website settings
Only the account owner and team members with admin permission can enable the Zapier integration.
- Click on the Profile icon on the top right of the dashboard
- Locate and click Website from the sidebar menu
- Select the website and click on the Connect Integration tools button.
- Turn on the Zapier integration.
- Once enabled, all the team members can create a Zap on the Feedback widget, Survey or Sessions Recording.
Create a Zap for a Survey
- Go to Survey and click on the New Campaign button.
- Go to the Responses Notification section.
- Turn on the toggle on the Zapier workflow.
- Click on the Create a Zap button and start to set up your workflow.
Create a Zap for Feedback Widget
- Go to Feedbacks and click on the New Campaign button.
- Go to the Responses Notification section.
- Turn on the toggle on the Zapier workflow.
- Click on the Create a Zap button and start to set up your workflow.
Create a Zap for Recording
- Go to Recordings and click on the Tracking & Targeting button on the upper right.
- Go to the Notification section.
- Turn on the toggle on the Zapier workflow.
- Click on the Create a Zap button and start to set up your workflow.
