Add new website
Adding multiple websites in an organization is only available on the Pro plan and above. Not on those plans? Learn how to upgrade your plan in-app.
Only the account owner and team members with admin permission can add new websites.
- Click on the Profile icon on the top right of the dashboard
- Locate and click website from the sidebar menu
- Click on the add website button
- Fill up your project's details to add a new website.
- An installation method will be suggested based on your website platform.
- Follow the instruction given to install the tracking code on your website.
Switch Websites
Follow the below step to switch between websites to view their individual collected data.
- You can switch websites anytime and anywhere by using the website's drop-down on the top of the pages.
- Once switched, all the data will be refreshed.
Delete website
When you want to delete a website from your organization, you can do it with the following steps:
- Click on the Profile icon on the top right of the dashboard
- Locate and click website from the sidebar menu
- Select the website and click on more option
- Click on the Delete button to remove the website.
- Press on Yes, delete it! to proceed.
Advanced Setting
Howuku supports advanced settings if you want a custom domain, custom branding to align with your company brand and even a custom session limit for each website. Most of the advanced setting is only available on the Pro plan and above. Not on those plans? Learn how to upgrade your plan in-app.
- Click on the Profile icon on the top right of the dashboard
- Locate and click website from the sidebar menu
- Select the website and click on more option
- Click on the Setting button to remove the website.
- Now, you can customize your website setting.
