The account owner and team members with admin permission can upgrade/downgrade plans anytime. To find the latest details on available features across plans and our pricing see the Howuku pricing page. If you are looking to downgrade your plan, your data will be retained in line with our data retention policy.
Current plan
You can find your current plan by looking at the bottom of the sidebar or you can click on the upgrade button to navigate you to the subscription page.
Upgrade pricing plan
When upgrading your paid plan in the middle of a billing cycle, Howuku will use pro-rate billing. You will be charged from the day you upgrade through the end of your current billing cycle. The full price of the selected plan will be charged in the following billing cycle.
- Click on the Profile icon on the top right of the dashboard
- Locate and click Subscription from the sidebar menu
- Click on the upgrade plan button on the subscription page, you will be redirected to the checkout page.
- The checkout page will recommend you a pricing plan based on your monthly traffic estimation in the first place. You also can choose the pricing plan with the feature that you need.
Note: For the existing user that signs up before 15 July, your account will track your visitor by session after you upgrade to the new pricing plan.
Downgrade pricing plan
When downgrading your paid plan in the middle of a billing cycle, Howuku will update your account immediately. Please note that no refund process will be handled and you no longer access advanced features of the higher pricing plans from now on. The new price of the selected plan will be charged in the following billing cycle.
- Click on the Profile icon on the top right of the dashboard
- Locate and click Subscription from the sidebar menu
- Click on the upgrade plan button on the subscription plan, you will be redirected to the checkout page.
- Select the plan that you want downgraded to.
- A confirmation message will pop up. Click the downgrade button to proceed.
Add additional users
You also can add additional users to your current plan on the checkout page. When adding additional users in the middle of a billing cycle, Howuku will use pro-rate billing. You will be charged from the day you add users through the end of your current billing cycle. The full price of the selected plan will be charged in the following billing cycle.
- Click on the Profile icon on the top right of the dashboard
- Locate and click Subscription from the sidebar menu
- Click on the upgrade plan button on the subscription plan, you will be redirected to the checkout page.
- In the billing cycle section, click on I need additional users and input the number of seats you want to add.
- Click the checkout button to make the payment.
